[Balgar - episode 1]

First off Holy Christ! Over 21 minutes long! How long did it take for you to make this? The art style and music are very enjoyable. The logo reminds me of The Simpsons logo since it is up in the clouds. Now I see Marge Simpson on the calendar and I just assume you are slightly inspired by The Simpsons. I love how the whole Who Wants To Be A Millionaire was a really long blonde joke. Is that a Ring reference after the game show scene? Your background art is pretty good, especially in the city when he is walking around. That first person camera coming down the stairs was amazingly well done! The blinking eye effect on the camera was also awesome! The cop watching the romantic movie was funny and then the two started making out, that is incest no? Those heads on the walls were shocking and made a really intense scene especially since the Blind guy was left there. Holy crap, Boris died! When the Blind Guy is doing is awesome speech why does the organ become a piano? The Blind Guy's speech was really well done with the piano in the background and is death just felt sad, but at the same time very well done. The song at the end was pretty good but, April Fool's? It's November. All around pretty good show!

Lulu's facial animations are pretty good. The sound quality is pretty good. Your daughter's ad libbing skills are suprisingly good for a six year old. Good ending as well, funny.

[JAY: a documentary]

I thought I reviewed this already but I must've skipped reviewing it. It may not be animated but for a little mockumentary I just lvoe it. It's pretty damn funny. Jay's guitar playing is really fitting. Make some more mockumentaries guys!

[The Dark Descent]

Beautiful. The music is amazing. The backgrounds are so good and so detailed. The water looks so realistic. The sound effects are also very realistic. The lighting and shadows are very well done. I must agree with Cyberdevil on the arms. They are a bit to thick in the front which also reminds me of Popeye. When the skull appeared you had gotten me so into this that I was seriously concerned for this old man's well being. Then the helicopters and the amazing sound effects made me worry so much for the man's life. That wide shot of the boat with all the people walking was so scary and I felt like I was having an anxiety attack thinking of what could happen to this man. The dog trying to get to his old friend was so beautiful and so sad. You've created the most beautiful piece of animation I've ever seen yet on Newgrounds. I applaud the both of you for creating such a masterpiece.

The longer you work on something, you "can't see the wood from the trees" as the saying goes, and you end up just looking at this thing wondering what its all about. Its great to put it on the internet and read a response as your own, very resoundingly uplifting

Any who I'll copy and paste this from below as I think it may interest you. This is my justification behind the big arms :-)
Yeah, the forearms were defiantly an obscure homage to Popeye. Ha. The reason basically was I wanted to show that the man had lived a lifetime as a grafter, a labourer. He still had that built up strength, only now, with his age, he had become frail and shaky. I still wanted him to have the conviction of his youth, but with the truth of his present ability.

I like the logo but the voice is creepy. The sound effects sound amazing! The art stlye is really nice looking. The animations are very fluid. The hero suit seems very simple but it works. The "monster" is designed very well and reminds me of an evil Cyborg (Cyborg from Teen Titans). The slow motion when the missile was fired felt a little too short. Watching the missile chase the Hero was actually kinda funny. When the camera panned out and all you see are two big specks running around yelling that was pretty hilarious. The slow motion when the "monster" came through the roof was perfect. Actually all the slow motion bits after that were done very well. That fight scene was done amazingly well! Also that awesome rock song that played during that bit was amazing. Got a download link to it? You even have awesome credits! Great animation!

[Crumbs: Case #3]

I think this is one of the best new series on Newgrounds! The Chief's voice is kinda annoying. This was very funny like I've come to expect from Crumbs but when the Party Time bus showed up I lost it. That was hilarious how he said his one liner while cross dressing. Can't wait for number 4!

I had no clue what I watched. The music is just loops from Garageband. The credits are longer than the animation.

I think its time to reveal why little effort was put in this animation.
I just really did not care for it at all. Some kid just pm'ed me and went "les doo anemashun 4 con-test!1!!!111" so i just did not give two fucks about this thing.

[Cat Step]

Shadow didn't move when the cat moved, animation seemed to simple, when the drop came in my opinion you should have gone even crazier, and overall this is kinda boring besides the song.

Final Verdict Is It Needs Variety Even If It Is A Measly Loop.

Pretty smooth animation. I don't like your art style that much but who am I to complain. The music really compliments the animation I must say. I would've liked a preloader but I don't really mind. Pretty Good!
