Sweet. Vocoded singing would've been sweet over it but doesn't matter.

The bass is good. The drums kick major major major ass. Guess What? I GOT A FEVA, AND THE ONLY PRESCRIPTION IS MORE COWBELL! Nah just kidding, just wanted to say that. At 00:40 the vocals just kinda suck until 01:56. I gotta say this one more time your drummer kicks ass unless your drums are virtual then whoever makes them kicks ass. The chorus is pretty bad ass also.

Final Verdict Is This Is One Of My Favorite Ska Songs I've Heard On Newgrounds!

Clastodon responds:

Ooh, that's gonna hurt Chris' feelings! Haha!

I shall tell Ashley your opinion of his drumming :D Our drums are all real. We don't have anything virtual in our music. Except the guitar pedal. That's a digital thing.

Great Intro. The vocals are hard to understand. Besides the vocals this is a good song. The guitar seems a bit quiet. The trumpet solo was good. The trombone solo was even better. I feel the whole song should've been faster and not just certain parts like 00:39 - 00:52.

Final Verdict Is This Song Is Ok But I Think With Louder Guitar and Cleaner Vocals This Would Be Rated At Least 4.80.

Clastodon responds:

Dude, the vocals are extremely fast and difficult to get out, it took quite a takes to get them right in recording, and we've played over half as fast again and it's just impossible to get them out correctly.

The trombone solo is better than the trumpet because he's a much better muso than me :P

Also, the chorus is NOT faster than the verse, it's just the guitar/drums that have changed to a much heavier style. The whole song remains the same tempo until the end, where it speeds up a bit.

Thanks for the review!

Good song! The first 00:46 seconds were scary since I don't know your voice but wow. I loved it. The lyrics were good and the way you sing is just very unique and just seems different from every Ska song I've heard. I like your stuff. The way you said "This is the prophecy!" sounded odd at certain points and I found the drums very easy and fun to air drum to!

Final Verdict Is You Make Some Good Ska And I'm Going To Have To Listen To Your Other Stuff.

Clastodon responds:

That may be because we're Aussie dudes, and I try to keep my own distinct accent even when singing, instead of the very American sounding singing I've heard from other local bands. The oddness in "This is the prophecy" may be because Ashley wrote that part and his range is higher than mine so I have a little difficulty in singing the chorus.

Thanks for the kind words!

The fast paced piano simulating the rabbits running and the slower piano simulating what I believe would be the environment such as snow falling or branches swaying made me feel like I was watching rabbits run through a forest. This piece was beautfiul. I have now added you to my favorites due to this piece.

Final Verdcit Is You're An Amazing Musician!

SoundChris responds:

Thanks a lot for your kindness :) sorry for the Late answer but i am on a Business - Trip right now and dont have constant Internet. Thanks a lot dor the follow!

All the Best,
Chris

The piano was just incroyable! The accordion just brought some not needed liveliness to the song. It wasn't needed but by God! did it make the song that much better. I honestly can't find a problem with this song. The percussion is also magnificent.

Final Verdict Is This Song Coup De Pied Cul.

Sorry if the French is off.

SoundChris responds:

Thanks a lot for your kindness J-Rex! Glad you liked it :D
Best wishes!

I like the beginning up to 00:12. Then it just kinda sucked.. At 00:37 when that piano came in until 01:40. It was ambient meets DNB in the best way. At 01:40 it just kinda felt weird. 03:01 saved it with the piano coming back in to make this song amazing again. The kick got faster and felt good and nice. The ending was good letting the piano just go.

Final verdict is I wouldn't listen to this over and over but it's still good. I like it.

I haven't listened to DNB in forever and I'm glad I chose this song to come back to. I didn't really like the fading out but it made it loop perfectly. The fading in from 00:20 to 00:38 was good and then boom 00:38 hit and I fell in love with this loop.

Final Verdict is I would let this loop for hours until I'm sick of the loop and don't listen to it for years and then once I finally do I can't get enough of it.

Kassich responds:

thanks for listening! Hopefully I make another DnB track soon so you can get sick of that one too!

I like this piece and it's in my opinion a perfect example of house music. Make a few more pieces and I will gladly scout you to join the NGAP Family.

GumsOfGabby responds:

Thanks for the review. I'll get a few out soon!

Sounds good but if I may ask what did you use to make this? Was it Garageband? Also were loops involved?

hydrophoenix responds:

sorry for taking so long to respond. it was garage band, and I did use some of the loops already installed on the program. On a different note i have been trying to obtain a better music editing program to make more complex music, so hopefully i will have new music up soon with that.

I would tell you about me but it's classified.
